Admissions Deadlines & Early Action

Submit your undergraduate application, introductory essay, SAT or ACT score (unofficial copies accepted), and a unofficial high school transcript by the Early Action I or Early Action II deadlines to receive notice well ahead of the regular admission decision in the spring. Applying under Early Action means less stress during the year, and will allow you to focus on financial aid deadlines and visiting campus without worrying about admittance.
Early Action is non-binding. If you apply under Early Action and are accepted, you have until May 1 to notify NNU of your intent to attend.
If you are not admitted in one of the two Early Action rounds, there are two things that may occur: (1) If there's a possibility of future admission—with improved test scores or GPA—the decision will be deferred until the next round. You will then have the opportunity to provide additional materials to strengthen your application before either the Early Action II or Regular Admission dates or (2) students who fail to meet minimal admission criteria without the likelihood of future admission will be denied admission.
