Freshman Retreat 2020

Freshman retreat provides an opportunity for freshmen to experience this yearly tradition for a couple days at Trinity Pines Camp and Conference center, about two hours from NNU. This retreat is one of the first opportunities for the entire freshman class to come together and learn what it means to be a Nighthawk.

What to expect:

We will load buses (appropriate face coverings required) and spend two days getting to know each other. There will be activities, meals, and free time to socialize with peers, play games, and relax. Transportation, lodging, meals and activities will be arranged so students will be with their family groups (members of their wings). For off-campus freshmen, they will be a separate family group since they are not part of a dorm family group. Additionally, appropriate face coverings will be required unless the group is in their assigned socially distanced sleeping space. Other CDC recommendations including social distancing and health screenings will also be followed. Meals and snacks are provided; dietary restrictions options will be available. Reminder, no emotional support animals allowed.
