The Using Strengths to Meet the Challenges of Leadership Workshop introduces leaders to the features and benefits of utilizing their unique combination of strengths as identified by the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment to meet these demands. As a leader, understanding your individual strengths and the dominant domains of your leadership strength provides awareness to lead more successfully.
Participants will be required to complete the StrengthsFinder assessment prior to the workshop.
