Cara Wall, author of The Dearly Beloved, will be visiting campus for a book reading and to engage in conversation with students and guests. She will also be signing copies of her novel.
Since its release in August 2019, The Dearly Beloved has been nationally-recognized on multiple platforms, earning a spot on the Today Show’s “Read with Jenna” book club selection and chosen as Editor’s Choice by The New York Times. In reviewing Wall’s novel, The New York Times described it as, “A moving portrait of love and friendship set against a backdrop of social change.”
This event will take place downstairs in the Leah Peterson Learning Commons on Saturday, September 21 from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. All are invited and encouraged to attend this free event.
