Greetings NNU Community,

NNU stands committed to our promise of being Here for Good!

We believe an education is more than an intellectual pursuit. It is more than merely acquiring a degree to get a better job. It is about identifying purpose and turning that into a meaningful life. At NNU, we believe that a meaningful life is rooted in timeless values and empowered by a community that embodies those principles. Together we realize our potential by committing to a life of service that transforms ourselves, our society and the world. You could call this a mantra, and it is, but it’s also what is compelling us to return to our campus this fall.

When COVID-19 altered our lives during spring semester, we didn’t know what the world might look like when it was time to return for fall. While there are still things we don’t know, these past several weeks have demonstrated how strong and resilient the NNU community is, how quickly we can adapt and how effectively we can respond when we believe in the mission we are called to live out. We have shown the world what it means to be Here for Good!

Our plans are still being developed, but here’s what we know for sure:

  • We plan to return to campus for the fall semester
  • Your health and safety are our top priority and we will continually monitor and follow CDC guidelines
  • Our residence halls and campus spaces will be thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy
  • Things will be different—COVID-19 requires us to be even more innovative than before, and it is up to all of us to embrace and respond to the world around us—and that’s exactly what we plan to do
  • The NNU community will continue to be vibrant and engaged
  • Our faculty will be ready to again challenge you with exceptional learning opportunities
  • We’re ready for what’s next
  • NNU is Here for Good

We can’t wait to be back together in the fall!
