MEDIA TECHNOLOGY

Located on the main floor of the Wiley Learning Center in Room 119, Media Technology offers a wide variety of audio/visual services for the campus, area churches, and the community.  Services offered include making black & white and color copies, transparencies, providing materials needed to produce instructional materials and signs, laminating, audio recording and duplicating, video recording and duplicating, photography, sending and receiving faxes, and other related services.  Media Technology also sells a wide range of supplies including graphic arts and production materials, blank audio and video tapes, computer CD-R, CD-RW, and DVD media.  Additional computer print credit may also be purchased at Media Technology.

The Media Technology facilities include audio/visual preview rooms and carrels, audio and video recording studios and production suites, a television production studio, and a photographic studio.  Media Technology maintains a large inventory of media equipment that is available for classroom instruction, for student assignments, and for use by other members of the campus community.  In addition, Media Technology has a collection of instructional media which includes videos, DVDs, and cassette tapes.

Media Technology Hours:

During the School Year

Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Closing briefly on Monday from 10a.m. until 11 a.m. for Chapel)

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Saturday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Summer School

Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Holidays

Staff Holidays - Closed

Student Holidays - 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

MEDIA TECHNOLOGY STAFF

The Media Technology staff is available to help meet the educational media needs of the NNU community.  Personnel include a director, assistant, new media producer, and student employees. 

Scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure that the person you need to talk to is available to assist you with your media needs.  Personnel will gladly make time for “walk-ins” if they are available.
