Computer Purchasing at NNU

Welcome to the Dell/NNU Computer Purchasing web page.  When you purchase through this program, Dell pays a small donation back to NNU.  Thanks for your support of technology at NNU!

Please follow these guidelines: 

  • If you are an employee of NNU and wish to use the Employee Payment Plan, please follow the numbered steps below.
  • If you are a friend or student of NNU or if you are an employee making a cash purchase, please click here for monthly specials and a computer purchasing guide.
  • If you want to purchase computers for your department at NNU, click here for additional information. 
  1. For NNU employees: Using a browser, go to the Dell Premier website. The first time you visit and shop on this site, you will be asked to give information that will set up your shopper profile with Dell.
  2. After your profile is set up, you may continue into the Dell shopping site.
  3. Browse through and make your selections.  When you have made your final choices, click Continue until you have the option at the top of the order to Save E-Quote, and fill in the requested information. In the section Send this E-quote to your authorized Buyer, the University's authorized buyer's name and email address automatically shows. 
  4. In the additional e-mail address section, type financialaffairs(at)nnu.edu to make sure your order request is sent to Financial Affiars.  You may also print out a copy of your quote to verify your order information when the order arrives.
  5. Call the Office of Financial Affairs (x8528) to make arrangements to pay for your computer purchase through the employee payment plan. Your computer and/or peripherals will be ordered via faxed PO to Dell soon after this step is completed.
