Employee Computer Purchase Partnership
The information below is for employees of NNU to purchase personal computers through a special arrangement with Dell. Friends and students of NNU can also get in on great Dell deals. Just click here for a special Dell computer discount program.

- When you go to the Dell Premier website for the first time, you will be asked to give information that will set up your shopper profile with Dell.
- After your profile is set up, you may continue into the Dell shopping site.
- Browse through and make your selections. When you have made your final choices, click Continue until you have the option at the top of the order to Save E-Quote, and fill in the requested information. In the section Send this E-quote to your authorized Buyer, the University's authorized buyer's name and email address automatically shows.
- In the additional e-mail address section, type financialaffairs(at)nnu.edu and dellpartner(at)nnu.edu to make sure all parties who will handle your order information will receive your quote. You may also print out a copy of your quote to verify your order information when the order arrives.
- Call the Office of Financial Affairs (x8528) to make arrangements to pay for your computer purchase. Your computer and/or peripherals will be ordered via faxed PO to Dell soon after this step is completed.
