Email at NNU

When you become part of the campus community as a student or employee, you will have an email address assigned to you through the NNU network.

The NNU email address is the main mode of communication for employees and students of the University. The NNU Message Board (messageboard(at)nnu.edu) will often be the means used for delivering important campus information. Check your email often to avoid missing important announcements!

Your email address will consist of part of your first name and will include your last name. If George Washington was attending, his email address may be gwashington(at)nnu.edu or georgewashington(at)nnu.edu. Occasionally, someone will request that their preferred name be used for their email address. When this is requested, we try to comply with the user's wishes, but there are times when this is not possible. The NNU address is available for lifetime use if so desired.

All NNU email is hosted on a Google domain. To log into your NNU email address, go to www.gmail.com, and login with your full NNU email address. The first time you login, there will be a default password supplied to you. If you have never logged in before and don't know your password, contact the NNU Technology and Media Response office (NNU Help Desk) by logging in and creating a ticket on the help website, http://help.nnu.edu. Phone-in help is available at (208)467-8111 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday and from Noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Whenever you create a ticket, please supply all of the details pertinent to your login issue. Your name, email address, and any error messages you receive when trying to login are especially helpful.

If you are in Nampa and want to have walk-in help, the TMR is located in the Wiley Building, Room 119. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and on Saturday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (The TMR office closes on Mondays 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for Community Chapel.)
