Vision Services Plan
Steps to receiving vision care through VSP:
- Find a VSP network doctor at vsp.com or call 1-800-877-7195
- Make an appointment and tell the doctor that you are a VSP member (your VSP member number is your Blue Cross member ID without the first three letters)
- Your doctor and VSP will handle the rest
When visiting your Vision provider, be sure to tell them that your vision insurance is through VSP so that they will have any glasses made by a VSP contracted office and your visit will get billed correctly.

To request reimbursements, follow these steps:
- Log on to www.flores247.com. Download claim form and complete.
- Scan your receipts and claim form and save them on your computer.
- Go to "Upload File"on Flores website.
- Click Browse and upload claim form and receipts.
- Click upload file.
When scanning forms or receipts to send to the Flores247 system, please scan them in black and white only. Please save your scanned images as TIFF or PDF files.
