Northwest Nazarene University has a generous benefits package for permanent employees. Benefits included medical, dental and vision care benefits. In addition,  employees may also to take advantage of an array of benefits such as retirement plans, life insurance plans, financial and legal advice through the employee assistance program, tuition benefits for the employee and their dependents, supplemental policies, and paid vacations and holidays.
