The Human Resource Department works closely with the Payroll Office, operated by Pam Durnil (ext. 8537), Payroll Technician, and is assisted by Marsha Rogers (ext. 8036) Human Resources Assistant.

The Human Resource Department is one of six departments that report to the Vice President for Financial Affairs.  It is responsible to oversee and manage the human resource programs including the areas of recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefit program management, performance evaluation, and policy/procedure development and implementation.
