Equipment
Though we do not operate as all purpose equipment rental facility. We do make equipment available, on a temporary basis to University Approved candidates for very little cost. Our hope is to help make trips and events more convenient for the various departments working to enhance the campus community.
The forms below are simply request forms. They do not constitute or substitute a formal application. Vehicle requests depend on the availability of the vehicle, the purpose of its use, and the certification of the Driver. Table and chair rentals are done on a reservation basis in coordination with conferences and events. Any questions regarding facility or technology reservations and rates should be referred to conferences and events.
