Payment due dates 2011-2012

Payment due dates for 2011-2012

August 16, 2011 – Fall Semester payment due and/or *payment plan established.

January 3, 2012 – Spring Semester payment due and/or *payment plan established.

Students will receive a statement prior to the beginning of each semester. This document indicates the amount of financial aid awarded and the invoice for each semester's estimated charges and credits, and is the statement from which the balance due is determined.

Changes in the student's course load may result in an increase or decrease in financial aid. When adding or dropping classes, student should contact their Financial Aid Officer to determine if any of their financial aid will be affected.

By the above dates, all students must either be:

  • Paid in full
  • On a payment plan with Tuition Management Systems www.afford.com/nnu or 800-356-8329
  • Have COMPLETED ALL financial aid paperwork and be waiting for disbursement of guaranteed loan funds for both Federal Stafford and Federal PLUS loans

Any student NOT falling into one of the above categories will be charged a $100 late fee.

Enrollment is official after payment and/or *payment plan has been established.

Interest may be applied to unpaid balances at the monthly rate of 1.25%, posted on the last day of each month. When a student is no longer enrolled at NNU and a balance remains on their account, the student is responsible for paying the University's cost of collection. This includes but is not limited to, collection agency fees, and/or reasonable attorney fees.

For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS for payment of the amount due.
