Childcare

You may be looking forward to a weekend away and prefer to make arrangements for the care of your children at your own home.  Or, you may wish to bring them along in order to enjoy a great family weekend at Trinity Pines.   If you decide to bring your whole family you will be happy to know that childcare is provided at no charge during the session times for children 12 and under. 

Childcare sessions
Saturday morning: 9:45 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
Saturday evening:  6:15 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
Sunday morning:  9:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Facilities & Activities
Childcare takes place on the Conference Center campus in the main building on the ground floor as well as appropriate outside play areas.  All faculty sessions take place in the Conference Center as well, so parents always have easy access to children in case of an emergency.  

Children are supervised at all times.  During the sessions your child will enjoy games, crafts, story times, and other age appropriate activities. Cribs, walkers and other equipment for infants are not provided.  If you have a child who is an infant to 3 years in age, it is helpful if you can bring these items to assist us in providing a comfortable environment for your child.

Please bring your children to the childcare area at the times listed above and return for them promptly after the close of each session.

In addition to this, some members of the childcare team may be available for hire during times outside of the ordinary sessions, such as during the free time on Saturday afternoon.  If you are interested in these services you will need to make arrangements directly with one of the caregiver team members.  Please be aware that they need some "off" time so that they can be at their best for the session times.
