We are so excited you’re interested in an education from the NNU Department of Nursing. Accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, our nursing graduates are sought by local employers who recognize the superior quality of education these professionals receive. Clinicals in a variety of healthcare facilities throughout the Treasure Valley build on nursing theory learned in the classroom and allow students to gain valuable experience. Students also benefit from giving back to the community through involvement in the NNU chapter of the Student Nursing Association (SNA).
Beginning in the spring of 2009, NNU’s Department of Nursing will be housed in the new Health and Science Center. The 55,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility will enrich a wide range of enhanced learning experiences.
