2014 Wesley Center Conference to be held March 6-8

You are invited to the 2014 NNU Wesley Center Conference. The event is happening a month later than usual, March 6-8, and will include an extra day of conference activities.

On Thursday, March 6, the theme is “Wesley Talks: Faith and Culture.” Captivating TED Talk videos and other informative media will serve as springboards for discussion on Christian faith and ministry. The day will take creative ministry reflection to a whole new level. The conversations should be rich and diverse! More than a million videos are watched on TED.com daily, with more than a billion total hits to date worldwide. The day will take creative ministry reflection to a whole new level. Friday and Saturday’s events, March 7 and 8, include scholarly presentations from the Wesleyan Theological Society, the leading society for Wesleyan-Holiness intellectual development. Wesleyan scholars from around the USA and a few from outside the country will explore the theme, “Atonement in the Wesleyan Tradition.” World famous biblical scholar, Ben Witherington, and leading Wesleyan theologian, Randy Maddox, will give keynote presentations. Other major Wesley scholars will attend and present papers.
