Business Enrichment Series begins Sept. 24

NNU’s School of Business will hold its annual Business Enrichment Series Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Mr. Doug Bandow, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute specializing in foreign policy and civil liberties, is the featured speaker. He worked as special assistant to President Ronald Reagan and was editor of the political magazine Inquiry. Bandow frequently writes for leading publications such as Fortune magazine, Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Times.

The business community is invited to participate in the Tuesday afternoon events scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m.  Presenters for these sessions are Dr. Peter Crabb, NNU professor of Finance & Economics, Dr. Mollie Sweet, NNU associate professor of Business, Scott Yenor, BSU professor and chair of the Political Science Department, and alumnus Ryan Warwick, CFA, Vice-President – Investment Office with Rathbone, Warwick & Daly Investment Consulting. The Honorable Tom Dale, mayor of the city of Nampa, is also scheduled as an afternoon speaker and will present on “Morality and the Marketplace:  A Public Discussion.”
