NNU announces Career Week 2013 plans
Northwest Nazarene University’s annual Career Week, “Get Connected,” offers an exciting way for students and alumni to connect and engage with businesses and organizations from throughout the region. The week-long event is set for Feb. 21 – March 2. Included in the Career Week is a flurry of activities designed to assist students as they prepare to enter the workforce. Events include a summer-camp ministry fair, a behavior interview workshop, two resume-review sessions and a dinner meeting with recent NNU graduates who will share what they wish they had known before graduating.
The highlight of the week is the one-day Career Fair where personnel from over 40 organizations from around the Northwest have a booth in NNU’s Johnson Sports Center to discuss career opportunities. Clearwater Analytics, St. Alphonsus Health Systems and U.S. Forest Service are just a few of the organizations that will be present along with area businesses, graduate schools and summer camps from throughout the Northwest.
