TMR and Help Desk Holiday Hours

During Christmas break and the holidays, the Technology and Media Resources office will have the following business and support hours: Dec 14-Dec 21,  phone calls for the Help Desk will be answered Mon through Fri, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. The Front Desk in Wiley 119 will be open Mon through Fri, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

In observance of the Christmas Holidays, the Technology and Media Resources office will be closed Sat, Dec 22 through Tues, Jan 1. On-call personnel will take care of emergencies should they arise during the campus shutdown, but response will be limited to connection or equipment failure should this occur at a time that interrupts scheduled work or classes.

The TMR will resume regular hours on Wed, Jan 2, and will be open Mon through Fri, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. for the help desk phones and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for the Front Desk in Wiley 119.

If you need assistance during a time when the office is closed, please log in to the TMR Help Desk at help.nnu.edu and fill out a help desk ticket as completely as possible. On-call personnel will respond as soon as possible. You may also check the TMR Wiki documents listed on help.nnu.edu for quick answers to many technology questions.
