Dr. Hill’s commitment to Christ affected every part of him…excellence in music, his personal life, relationships with peers, and in the mentoring of students. He allowed those around him room to grow, to discover the way forward. His friendship
with those of us fortunate enough to be his students was always characterized by grace.

One of the highlights of the year was always the visit from the Northwesterners to my home church in Emmett, Idaho. We put on some great potlucks, and the Northwesterners provided fun, uplifting, amazing music! Thanks Dr. Hill and all who have shared in this ministry of music over the years.
