NNU’s summer ministry group, Covenant, performs in Colorado
For more than 70 years, Northwest Nazarene University has sent out summer ministry teams to camps and churches throughout the Northwest. The two teams, Covenant and Witness, are made up of talented and engaging students who have a heart for ministry.
“The summer travel groups provide the University with an opportunity to showcase the best and brightest that the student population has to offer,” Mike Marston, director of admissions, said. “Ministering to others in this venue is at the heart of the mission of the University and the Church of the Nazarene.”
Covenant recently began their ten-week tour that included Grand Junction, Palisade and Montrose, Colo. On June 20 they will present at Springs First Church and June 24 (morning service) in Aurora Tower and June 24 (evening service) in Greeley.
