Northwest Nazarene University will host its fifth annual Homecoming Walk/Run on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 2 pm. Participants can choose a one-mile walk/run or the 5k competitive run. Both events start and end at the Johnson Sports Center located at 313 E. Dewey.

The proceeds from the Walk/Run will go to the University’s endowment fund that provides students with scholarships and a portion will go towards the International Rescue Committee, which helps rebuild the lives of refugees in the United States. All pledges and donations are tax deductible.

Northwest Nazarene University invites the public to participate in this event with current NNU students, alumni, faculty and staff. The registration fee is $9, which includes a t-shirt. Registration forms as well as donation forms can be found at nnu.edu/walkrun.
