Senior design show at NNU
Seven graduating seniors of Northwest Nazarene University’s School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences will exhibit their design portfolios April 28-May 6. The show, Widows & Orphans, will be located in NNU’s Friesen Art Galleries.
The seniors—Danielle Carter (Sammamish, Wash.), Shanae Galloway (Nampa, Idaho), Allie Hanson (Colville, Wash.), Jared Haskett (Nampa, Idaho), A.J. Sevier (North Bend, Ore.), Nikki Shipman (Caldwell, Idaho) and Cassia Weise (Middleton, Idaho)—will present the culmination of their collegiate careers. The work includes posters, CD cases, logos, menus and identity systems. Each designer has a distinct style and unique personality that is displayed through the different pieces.
A reception with the designers will be held Thursday, April 28, from 4:30-6:00pm. The Friesen Art Galleries are located on the second floor of the Brandt Center, 707 Fern St., Nampa.
