Dr. Bill Russell transitions to University Advancement

NNU announces that Dr. Bill Russell will be joining the Office of University Advancement in the newly created position of Executive Director for Community Relations.  Dr. Russell will be building on the work he has done for the past few years on behalf of the School of Business as associate dean and also assistant to the president.

As of July 1st, Dr. Russell will be working on behalf of the entire university in building bridges with members of the community, including businesses and governmental officials, brand positioning, identifying areas of mutual benefit and fund-raising.  His work will focus primarily in the Boise Valley, but may secondarily reach into other areas within the NNU region.

Dr. Russell will continue to hold the rank of professor, and will teach courses regularly in the School of Business although on a reduced load.
