Northwest Nazarene University commissioned 65 of its students as they prepare to spend the summer ministering to others. The annual Summer-Sending Chapel, held on Friday May 1, highlighted the different teams and individuals who will represent NNU around the world.

Students will be traveling both near and far throughout the summer. The university is sponsoring several global trips, including a medical trip to Peru and a construction trip to Russia. Additionally, several students will join Youth In Mission in such places as Mumbai, India and Mozambique. NNU also sends out three music and drama teams to represent Northwest Nazarene University at churches and in region summer camps around the Northwest.
