SIFE hosts financial seminar

Northwest Nazarene University Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) Team will host Financial Survival 101-Life After College, a seminar aimed at preparing college students to be financially successful after graduation.

Gregory Call, a nationally renowned financial and investment specialist, will offer a 45-minute presentation giving college students advice on how to manage college loans, save for retirement and invest. Following the presentation, Call will address questions raised by audience members. SIFE will also distribute packets summarizing the points made during Call’s presentation.

Financial Survival 101 will take place on April 9 at 7 p.m. in Harter Lecture Hall, located in the Helstrom Business Building, 804 Dewey. Community members are invited to attend this free event.

SIFE is an international non-profit organization active on more than 1,400 university campuses in 48 countries. SIFE teams create economic opportunities in their communities by organizing outreach projects that focus on market economics, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, personal success skills and business ethics.
