Northwest Nazarene University’s Homecoming & Family Weekend is filled with warm and rich traditions showcased in drama, music, athletics and organized class reunions. This year’s events commence Thursday afternoon, November 6, and conclude Saturday evening, November 8. Community members, alumni and friends are welcome to participate in the weekend’s events.

Ranging from arts to sports, Homecoming has something to offer everyone. Sporting events will begin Thursday with a women’s soccer game and a volleyball match in the evening and continue throughout the weekend. The arts activities vary from a performance of the fall play, Carlo Goldoni’s The Servant of Two Masters, a presentation by NNU’s music department, and a concert by the local band High Street. A silent auction will take place on Friday and Saturday, boasting such items as a football signed by Superbowl winner Kevin Boss of the New York Giants and a three day Alaskan fishing trip for two. Other opportunities to get involved throughout the weekend include a walk/run for scholarships and a variety of class reunion lunches for ’63, ’68, ’73, ’78, ’83, ’88, ’93, ’98 and ‘03 graduates.

For more information or to order tickets for sporting events or reunion lunches, please visitwww.nnu.edu/homecoming or call the Office of Alumni Relations at (208) 467-8841. Registration for the walk/run is available atwww.nnu.edu/walk_run.
