CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Textbooks

In an effort to help students keep their educational costs to a minimum, we encourage our online students to utilize competitively-priced online sources to minimize their textbook expense, keeping in mind that used books may also be an option. NNU recommends, but does not require, students to use the links provided on this website. Students must take responsibility for the acquisition of their texts and will be held accountable for timely completion of their course work, even if their particular text supplier is late in delivering their book/s.

Students will receive an email notice at least one month prior to their course start date confirming their text list. Students who desire to order their books well in advance should contact the program manager at gtoe(at)nnu.edu before ordering since text selections can change due to their availability from the publisher or the professor’s discretion.

Logos Bible Software

Master of Divinity students are required to purchase the Scholar's Library Gold. This extensive digital library produced by Logos Bible Software contains more than 700 titles, with a great number of helpful resources for biblical and language studies in particular.

Master of Arts in Religion students may also wish to take advantage of NNU's academic discounts. They will be expected to use this resource in their Bible courses throughout their time in the program and are encouraged to utilize the wide variety of other resources in the library for other courses as well.

Since the Scholar's Library Gold is a required research tool in the M.Div., students may be able to include the cost of the library in their student loans. Logos Bible Software also offers students a monthly payment plan.

For more information on enrolling in NNU's academic pricing with Logos, go to https://www.logos.com/Academic/nnu/MDivfall2008.

Please note that textbooks are in descending order by course descriptor. Please check the schedule for your particular learning community when purchasing texts for your next class.
