SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

~Knowledge of data collection, research, and analysis

~Good writing and communications skills

Specific responsibilities may include:

~Research and organize industry, economic and other statistical data

~Contact government entities and businesses to obtain data elements to include in publications and databases

~Update data elements, create spreadsheets and databases, and develop charts

~Enter data, text and graphics into publications

~Attend conferences and meetings and provide support work

Up to 20 hours per week during fall/spring semester.  40 hours during summer semester.

This position requires the technical expertise to run a computer lab, solve individual computer and system network issues, fix server problems, ensure firewall integrity, resolve email glitches, etc.  A creative ability to maintain and update our website is also required.
