 The Koch Internship Program offers interns the opportunity to work in a substantive role at a non-profit organization focused on the ideas of a free society in the Washington, DC area. In addition to exploring a career path at one of our partner organizations , interns engage in weekly professional education to develop knowledge and skills, while building a valuable professional network. Students of all academic levels and graduates are encouraged to apply. Interns are generally compensated at $10.00/hr.

HOW TO APPLY

The spring 2014 program runs from January 27, 2014 to May 2, 2014 and the application deadline is December 1, 2013. Interested applicants may also apply for the summer program, which runs from June 2, 2014 to August 15, 2014. The deadline for the summer program is March 1, 2014.

The internship program offered by the Denver Rescue Mission is two-fold.  First to help students, adults, and individuals gain experience in both the non-profit, human services, and ministry fields.  Our internships are designed to be hands on, challenging, and productive.  Our goal is to help interns grow spiritually, professionally and educationally so that they are equipped for a lifestyle of service in the name of Jesus Christ.  The second side is for the intern to help the Denver Rescue Mission accomplish its goals.  We are an organization of 165 employees but with the help of interns and volunteers we provide the work of almost 250 employees!
