Homecoming 2013 Fall Play

An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s plays, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) was London’s longest-running comedy, having clocked nine years in London’s West End at the Criterion Theatre! While we all love to say we enjoy Shakespeare, there’s often not enough time to sit through a full production of Hamlet, never mind the other 36 plays he wrote. This long-running comedy trims some of the bulkier elements - like full plot and poetry of speech - to give us the essential experience of Shakespeare: 37 plays in 97 minutes. Breathtaking to watch, the show is full of energy as the cast run, jump and leap across the stage. Hilarious use of leggings, wigs, skirts and props bring to life Romeo, Juliet, Julius Caesar, the witches from Macbeth, Hamlet, Ophelia and many more of Shakespeare’s (aka ‘Bill’s) characters in ways you could only imagine.

Warning! This show is a high-speed roller-coaster type condensation of all of Shakespeare’s plays, and is not recommended for people with heart ailments, bladder problems, inner-ear disorders, outer-ear disorders, Shakespearean scholars, degrees in Elizabethan history and/or people inclined to motion sickness... Just kidding, of course! All are welcome. Get your tickets early this plans on being a show not to miss.
