If you experience difficulty with your campus network connection, computer hardware or software, the telephone system, or other technological resources, the Technical Response Center (TRC) is available to help you! You may contact them as follows:

On the Help website, you will be able to check for recent problems on the network, look at the FAQ page for self-help solutions that you may use to fix a problem, and check the procedure pages for other common technology solutions. If you are unable to find a solution on the web page, you may submit an email to help(at)nnu.edu with a complete description of the issue.
If you wish, you may visit the TRC in person to request assistance. The TRC is located on the middle floor of the Emerson Administration Building. Hours during the academic school year (mid-August to mid-May) are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
In addition, a TRC agent is available in the Wiley 115 computer lab on weekday evenings as follows:
Mon-Thurs: 5 to 10 PM
Fridays: 5 to 9 PM
Saturdays: noon to 5 PM
On holidays, or when school is not in session, please contact the TRC via the web (http://help.nnu.edu), email (help(at)nnu.edu) or telephone (x8111).
When you contact the TRC, a staff member will generate a "help ticket" for your case and you will be informed of progress with your ticket via e-mail. The TRC staff will often email questions to you, so please reply promptly. This will help them troubleshoot the issue you are having more efficiently. They may also contact you via telephone, so please include a daytime telephone number when requesting help.
Always reply to a TRC email message at the top of the e-mail, and give specific details. The more information you give, the more quickly the TRC staff will be able to resolve the issue you are having.
