There are now more smartphones and wireless PDA devices on the market than the Technical Response Center personnel could ever hope to train on and support, but there is good news! In an effort to find a solution for those who want to synchronize GroupWise emails, calendar, contacts and tasks, on their smart device or cell phone, a service called NotifyLink has been discovered.
Notify Technology supports all wireless devices on the market, and their support staff are well-trained on those devices. If you call them for help, their excellent support staff will spend as much time as you need to help you set up your wireless device and to address any issue you may have.
