A unit of Extended University Services, E-Learning Services provides coaching in online course design and training for a variety of applications used at NNU. In addition, this office provides system administration of the online course management system. Refer to the links in the navigation menu for further information and support.

Instructional Technologist for E-LearningCrystal Nielsen, M.A., develops and delivers training to faculty, students and staff in the use of Blackboard and other applications. She also assists instructors with pedagogical concerns, especially where technologies may help achieve desired goals. As Blackboard system administrator, Crystal provides second-tier support to the Technical Response Center. Office location: Helstrom first floor
