E-Learning Services is happy to help faculty and students maximize their online teaching and learning experience. A unit of Extended University Services, E-Learning Services provides coaching in online course design and  training for a variety of applications used at NNU. In addition, this office provides system administration of the online course management system. Refer to the links in the navigation menu for further information and support.

A do-it-yourself station for creating streamed content is available in Media Technology (Wiley Learning Center).

TurnItIn
NNU licenses this plagiarism-detection software to encourage academic integrity. Support and training materials are available for both faculty and students on the NNU TurnItIn support page.

Crystal Nielsen

Instructional Technologist for E-Learning

Crystal Nielsen, M.A., develops and delivers training to faculty, students and staff in the use of Blackboard and other applications. She also assists instructors with pedagogical concerns, especially where technologies may help achieve desired goals. As Blackboard system administrator, Crystal provides second-tier support to the Technical Response Center.

Technical Response Center

A unit of Information Technology, the Technical Response Center provides support to all employees and students regarding Blackboard courses and user accounts, NNU e-mail, computer access, streaming media, phones and other applications.
