NNU Counseling Satisfaction Survey

Please help us evaluate the effectiveness of counseling services by filling out this brief survey.  This survey is being sent once a semester to all students who have come in for counseling.  Your responses are anonymous unless you choose to sign the form.  The results will be sent directly to the Counseling Center staff.
