Please fill out the form below as completely as possible. Please note that the 05-06 Oasis and 06-07 Oasis were combined into one book! Please expect 4-6 weeks for delivery of your yearbook once you have submitted this form.
Also, if you were a 2011 graduate and have not received your yearbook, please check the appropriate box below.
While we would love to be able to mail the yearbook to everyone, we are only able to send them to addresses outside of the Treasure Valley in Idaho. If you have any further questions, please call the Office of Student Development at 208-467-8643.
