October 18, 2012—Information Meeting in Elmore Hall, Living Room at 11am
October 23, 2012 -Information Meeting in Elmore Hall Room 105 at 11am
October 25, 2012—Information Meeting in Wordsworth at 11am
November 26, 2012- Application Packet Due to Office of Spiritual Formation
November 29, 2012—Mission Trip Placement E-mails sent out by Director of Student Ministries
December 3, 2012 —Commitment Letter due to Office of Spiritual Formation
December 7, 2012- Letter Writing party 8pm-10pm Elmore Hall Living Room
February 1, 2013—50% of total trip cost due. This payment deadline secures your airplane ticket. We cannot purchase a flight for you if you do not make this deadline.
April 18, 2012—100% of total trip cost due.
Spring Semester—There will be weekly evening meetings—day and time TBA
June 15, 2013 Self Pay Refunds process begins.
