    1. You will receive a placement letter by November 29, 2012  This letter will include important information about spring training and a Commitment Letter.

    2. Several factors will be involved in selecting team members for each mission site.  We ask you to give us your first and second choice on your application.  We hope to give each person their first choice.  We realize that for many your first choice is “price” driven rather than “place” driven.   Please keep in mind that there are important factors involved in creating and sending a mission team.  We hope to put together the right mix of skills, experience and interest for the sake of the people you are going to serve.  Some of the factors that we consider in selecting teams are the following: your interest and skills, interest and skills of other students, general team dynamics, and number of students.  For summer mission trips it takes at least 5 students to form a team.  In the event we have less than 5 students apply for a specific location we will cancel that trip and invite the students to join an alternate trip location.
