Sales Representative

DESCRIPTION

Vector Marketing is the sole distributor of Cutco Cutlery throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Our entry level sales representatives work directly with potential customers through one-on-one, in home appointments. Representatives have several common responsibilities:

-Setting appointments with potential customers through personal contacts and referrals.
-Presenting Cutco products to prospective customers and writing up customer orders.
-Assisting existing customers with service requests.
-Reviewing personal performance with their manager through meetings and over the phone.
-Attending advanced training sessions and optional conferences to increase knowledge and productivity.

Pay-
Representatives are paid weekly. We offer a competitive base pay, with the opportunity to earn more based on sales performance. The base pay is determined by number of presentations completed, regardless of whether or not a sale is made. Appointments are designed to take approximately one hour.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

A successful representative has a positive attitude, enjoys interacting with other people, and be able to handle himself or herself in a professional manner. Comprehensive training is provided. so prior experience is not necessary. Representatives must be at least 17 years old.

DESCRIPTION

Generate Bathroom Remodel and Kitchen Cabinet Refacing leads for The Home Depot and Re-Bath, which includes walking The store, engaging customers, and giving a presentation on The different companies and what we do for The customer.

Attend meetings held during The week (One on Fri and One on Wed, which is only dependent upon performance)

Follow dress code (business casual)

Stay in contact with the Retail Marketing Manager during shifts

ISP are hired as 1099 independent contractors, with the potential for full employment based on performance.

SALARY/BENEFITS

Pay is $10/hr or $85/ qualified demo. Once the ISP has brought in enough qualified demos to move them beyond the $10/hr rate, they are automatically moved to full commission and earn $85 for every demo they have brought in that week. This is a benefit to the ISP, if an ISP brings in 5 demos a week they will earn $425 that week. 

HOURS/DAYS

Job has a maximum of 20 hrs, unless the ISP has shown competence in the field which then the ISP is allowed to work up to 30 hrs.  Minimum days required are Fri, Sat, and Sun.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Essential functions include, but are not limited to

Processing of all federal, state and dealership paperwork required in a vehicle transaction.

Assisting our Sales team in accurately preparing paperwork for each deal. This involves data entry, obtaining accurate customer information, follow up with customers and banks, and double - checking that all steps are complete in the paperwork process.

Preparing daily reports, deal jackets and files, and file maintenance.

Document Processors work with our customers and are expected to be highly professional offering excellent customer service. A high attention to detail is a must.
