Content Curator 

DESCRIPTION

The content curator’s main duty will be will be brainstorming, planning, writing for, executing, and reporting on campaigns based on Pro 119′s products and templates, in the form of blogs, articles, social media posts, forums, online conversations, and media/images. This will require skills in three phases: 1) Listening, where the content curator will use analytical skills and creativity to create campaign ideas, 2) Planning, where the content curator will use organizational, administrative, and time-management skills to ensure timely, consistent, and accurate delivery of often multiple campaigns at once, and 3) Delivery, where the content curator will use written and decision-making skills to compose campaign content, to reply appropriately to the audience’s reaction, and to suggest adjustments to the campaign as it goes. This person may also occasionally be responsible for executing parts of online ads campaigns, and may also moderate and approve posts from online communities. Finally, an ideal candidate would also be able to teach others about how they do what they do. We are looking for soemone who is passionate about their work.

HOURS/DAYS

The content curator should be available for 15 hours a week with the ability to set their own schedule, beginning mid-April. However, the goal from day 1 will be to turn this position into a full-time, long-term team member. The content curator will receive training and work with multiple clients toward the goal of a full-time position. This is an entry-level position, and more important than experience will be the correct type of skills and passions, and the ability to learn.
