Customer Care Associate - French/English Speaking
ProService is looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team. These individuals must have a commitment to creating a remarkable experience for our customers across our may brands.
The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for delivering customer service and sales support for our online brands. As an ambassador for our brands, the Customer Care interaction via phone, email and/or live chat.
Guiding customers through our product selection and helping them make a purchase decision that meets their needs.
Offering customers additional products to complement their purchases.
Assisting customers with questions regarding our products, our policies, or their order
Maintaining detailed customer notes
Other duties as directed by management
Bi-Lingual in English and French
Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal in both languages.
Experience with consumers in a retail or hospitality environment.
Soft sales skills- the ability to converse with the customer to understand their needs and desires.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to type 25 WPM
Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations; has a great attitude at all times
Ability to learn how to use online applications
Experience working in or with a customer call center environment is not required, but is a plus.
