DESCRIPTION | This position provides direct care and case management for a team of clients in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Harrison’s Hope policy. Delegates to assigned team members of LPNs and Hospice Aides. Provides clinical service that achieves patient and family confidence, comfort and satisfaction. Completes the administrative requirements of the position in a timely and accurate manner. Manages the work load and schedules for quality effectiveness and efficiency. |
