POSITION	CNA Caregiver
DESCRIPTION	Serves people of all ages, including seniors, children, veterans, the chronically ill, and those recovering from medical procedures. Responsible for assisting the agency's clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan and qualifications.
	Responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living in a safe and beneficial manner. These activities may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, transportation/shopping, bathing and dressing assistance (set up only), and companionship.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS	Current CNA, CPR and First Aid Certifications
	Able to pass TB and drug screen tests
	Clean criminal background
	Flexible schedule and the ability to work an average of 20-40 hours per week.
	Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
	Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand during each shift
	Able to lift 20-30 pounds
	Must be able to function with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the client.
	Responsible for maintaining skills and learning on an ongoing basis, as well as adhering to agency policies.
	Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or nursing home.
