The program intern will participate and receive training in the areas of programming, leadership development and training, marketing, promotion and how to incorporating one’s faith into all aspects of life—in this case, the workplace. Supervisors will also provide insight into where there is room for growth as well as where interns exceed in these areas. Interns will be given opportunities to exercise these skills during their time at Cascades. |
