DESCRIPTION

• This is a temporary internship level developer position that reports to the development team lead in Boise, ID. 

• Follows documented software development standards and work processes. 

• Follows the defined visual style of the application. 

• Assists with the development of solutions based upon a defined specification and test plan. 

• If applicable, will assist with the development of software solutions that operate against relational databases including:

o Relational / object mapping 

o Screen creation 

o Report development 

SALARY/BENEFITS

$17 per hour, possibly more depending on candidates experience level and demonstrated abilities.

Design, develop, and deploy custom software for our company and our customers while physically working in our office in Boise, Idaho.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• CodeIgniter, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, XML, AJAX , MySQL, OOP, JQuery

• Working in multiple operating and developing environments including Windows, Apple, Linux, UNIX

• Development of cross-platform and cross-browser solutions including Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer

• Excellent understanding of object oriented design and software engineering best practices

• Software application development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation

• Database design and development, SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and optimization techniques

• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

• Strong work ethic, willing to work flexible hours

• B.S. in Computer Science desired, or  equivalent experience.
