This series of fun-filled programming is useful for building individual and group rapport,cohesion and trust. It is also provides a "safe environment " for the participant to begin to create goals that are not only attainable out on the course (through the support of their team members), but applicable to real life experiences.
Low Elements
(Wild Woozey, Spider's Web, Trust Fall, The Wall, All Aboard, Three Peaks, Giant's Ring, Centipede, TP Shuffle, Whale Watch)
These 10 course elements were built intentionally to challenge the individual and group to create and experience the power of synergy! Along with the values of trust and teamwork the participant will learn the importance of brainstorming and planning as an effective group dynamic tool for overcoming course obstacles and challenges that apply directly to real life experiences.
High Elements
(Rappelling Wall, Tire Climb, Dangle Duo, Rope Ladder, Mini Dangle, Cargo Net, Climbing Wall, and Cable Swing)
Here is the opportunity for the team players to support one another in finalizing individual and group goals! Through the higer elements the team is now ready to support each other in reaching group goals, and overcome individual issues, (i.e. mistrust, fear, lack of confidence, etc...),bringing a fitting and empowering closure to the challenge course experience.
Off-Site Portable Elements and Games
(Bull Ring, Swamp Crossing, Half Pipe, Trolley, and Centipede, etc.)
Let us bring the experience to you through a variety of portable games, initiatives, and low elements. This programming option provides experiential learning and professional training opportunities in the comfort and convenience of your work or educational site.
Health and Wellness Programs
As part of our program philosophy to provide a holistic approach to experiential learning we offer health and wellness training events. Taking what we already offer in interactive games and initiatives we integrate the theme of healthy lifestyle through hands-on activities. Topics include physical fitness and exercise, nutrition and diet, stress and time management.
High Adventure Outdoor Programming

The NNU Challenge Course programs and Kinesiology Department are offering each summer a high adventure course. This is a three credit upper division college level course. There is limited space for professionals who opt to take this course for continuing education credit. Contact us for more information.
