1950s and earlier




George Zickefoose -87- completed a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He, along with his wife Heidi -87-, have taken positions at International Community School in Ethiopia. George will be the Elementary Assistant Principal and Heidi will be an English and Humanities teacher. 




Laury (Livsey) Dyke -91- is now weekend supervisor at the new New York City Rescue Mission Women's Shelter.  The NYCRM is the oldest mission in the country (1842) and because of expansion has just opened it's doors this summer to help women in the city.  See God at work in the lives of these women and consider volunteering a few hours of your time when you visit NYC!  (

Steve Wyborney -92- is an award-winning teacher and instructional coach. He is well known for his use of instructional technology and his passion for mathematics. In 2005, Steve was named the Oregon Teacher of the Year. He is also the author of the 25 Common Core Math Lessons for the Interactive Whiteboard series for grades 1-6.


Bob Van Allen -01- was recently named President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group, one of the leading residential real estate brokerages in the Treasure Valley.  In this position, Bob manages 4 branch offices and approximately 250 real estate professionals, serving home buyers and sellers throughout Southwestern Idaho.

Scott Nelson Foster -05- has completed a portrait commissioned by the Musicians of Ma'alwyck. Katria in Valencian Dress (After Sorolla) was completed during the Musician's concert "The Matador's Prayer: A Celebration of Spanish Music & Culture." The painting can be viewed on the artist's website at Mr. Foster is an Assistant Professor of Studio Art at Siena College, and lives in Albany, New York with his wife, Katria.

Shannon (Grigory) Herndon  -00- and her husband, Josh are serving as commissioned missionaries for the Church of the Nazarene in Spain. 

Abram Walton -01- has spent two years as a professor at Florida Tech and has been at the helm of launching and managing several international organizations related to the science of innovation, such as the International Journal of Innovation Science. He was also an invited fellow for the National Knowledge & Intellectual Property Management Task Force, has published numerous articles on innovation-related topics, and achieved certification for Research Commercialization from the National Council of Entrepreneurial Tech Transfer.

Carrie Goldsmith -01- has become a Mobilizer for Extreme Nazarene. She will be traveling around the Northwest, speaking at churches, recruiting young adults to go plant churches in South America. 

Kevin Loosli -05- was promoted to Sergeant in the Twin Falls PD, and has been with the force since 2005. 


Brady Adams -MBA-13- has joined Zions Bank as a treasury relationship manager. Adams was the first MBA graduate from Idaho Falls and Distant learning. 

Janee (Olds) Brumfield -12- will be inducted to the hall of fame at North Bend High School and is named Class 3A player of the year as a senior after leading the Bulldogs to their first state title in any girls team sport. She is now the head girls basketball coach for Homedale High School and lives with her husband, Dustin, in Nampa, Idaho.
