Jan, class of 1981, has worked in education for 15 years as a classroom teacher and administrator. She also works with her husband, Tim, in their home-based business. Jan and Tim have 3 grown children and attend LifeBridge Christian Church where Jan teaches a women’s Bible study. Jan loves to travel, hike in the mountains, read/study, walk, garden, enjoy family and friends, and volunteer at NNU.

Josh, class of '03, is Vice-President of Insight Global Consulting Group, Inc., where he serves as Director of all Government Solutions operations. Josh and his wife, Melissa, attend Boise Vineyard Christian Fellowship where they are very involved in refugee ministries (Josh is lay pastor for refugee ministries). Josh enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and backpacking.

Dennis, class of '69 graduated from NNC and was drafted into the US Army shortly thereafter. Following his service in the military, Dennis came back to NNC, earned a second degree, and went on to teach elementary school in Anchorage for 30 years. Dennis and his wife, Ariel, have 2 adult sons and are very active at Anchorage Hillcrest Nazarene Church. Dennis enjoys the outdoors as well as spending time with his grandchildren.

Darcy, class of '86, and her husband Brett own and operate Riddco, Inc., which mainly contracts with numerous telecommunications companies to provide the pathway for fiber and phone lines. They attend West Valley Nazarene Church where she teaches caravans to 3rd and 4th grade girls and serves on the Women‟s Ministry Council. She also bakes and decorates cookies for special events. Darcy is a runner and she also loves to entertain, shop, and spend time with family.

Karen, class of '78, has worked since 1999 as a Rehabilitation Counselor in the Neuro Rehabilitation program at the University of Washington Academic Medical Center (Seattle). She and her husband, Terry, have two grown children and one grandson. They worship at Kent First Church of the Nazarene, where she is active on the church board and the Women‟s Council. She loves golfing, attending Seahawks games, reading, traveling, holding her grandson, and she and Terry are taking up a new hobby of bike riding.

Stacy, class of '88, works from home and is the bookkeeper for Blum Construction, a family-owned company. She and a friend started Troy Club Volleyball in 2010, and she enjoys staying involved with high school volleyball. Stacy and her husband, Curtis, have 5 children, ranging in age from 23-16, including a set of twins. She enjoys being with family, playing tennis or volleyball, watching her kids‟ sports, reading, taking pictures, gardening, and being active in church (and so much more!).

For 15 years, Kristi, class of '97, was in the financial services industry. Currently, she is a stay-at-home mom with her 2 preschool-age children. The Bolles family attends Alderwood Community Church, where Kristi volunteers in the preschool and 2-year-old Sunday School classes, and she is also involved with women’s Bible studies. She is married to Jeremy, and she loves boating, waterskiing, traveling, being outdoors, trying new things, and being with loved ones.

Janelle, class of '92, has been a teacher and professor, and recently transitioned to Nursing Home Administration. She and her husband, Buff, have 3 children, two of whom are still at home. The Bufford’s attend Portland First Church of the Nazarene, where they participate in the Upward Basketball program and Janelle is a nursery volunteer. She also loves to spend time with family and friends, watch sports, scrapbook, and decorate her home.

Dennis graduated from NNU’s STEP program in 2013 and is the Boise City Fire Chief. He serves as president of Southwestern Idaho Fire Chief’s Association. Dennis attends The Pursuit Church where he is involved in the men’s ministry and, as a former youth pastor, Dennis speaks frequently at local youth and men’s groups. He is a bone marrow transplant donor and is involved in Be The Match, and he also volunteers for MDA and the Red Cross. Dennis has a high-school age son and in addition to enjoying his son’s activities, Dennis races mountain bikes, plays hockey, rides dirt bikes, skis, hunts, fishes, and golfs.

Ty, class of '06, is Director of Clinical Operations and Community Relations for PT Northwest, an outpatient physical therapy group, and he also does Ergonomic Consulting for businesses in the northwest. Ty attends Oasis Community Church with his wife, Melissa, and their 2 children. They love vacationing in central Oregon, and Ty also enjoys golfing and taking part in small business start-ups.

Tahmina, class of '88, is a registered dietitian and a CDE, and is an adjunct professor at the University of Utah. She and her husband, Grantley, planted a church in Salt Lake City called Impact Multicultural Ministries where she serves as worship team leader, Bible study leader, and she coordinates the tutoring program (at the church) and an international student program through the U of U. Tahmina also chairs the SSBG (Social Services Block Grant) program for Salt Lake County and preaches/speaks at conferences, churches, etc. In her spare time, she is very involved with refugee-related programs. She and Grantley have 2 grown children.

For most of his professional career, Brad, class of '92, has been supporting engineering and management tasks and is currently serving as Vice President at Infinity Systems Engineering. He and his wife Robin have 4 children. They are active in their church and in community volunteer opportunities. The Michelson family also enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and traveling.

Preston, class of '11, is recently married to Brittani and works at a public accounting firm in Bellevue, Washington. He attends Canyon Hills Community Church and leads a Life Group for young professionals, a Life Group for 9th grade, and has taught 3rd grade Sunday school. Preston loves to be active outdoors, especially enjoying hiking, water skiing, and playing softball.

Heather volunteers regularly at Ronald McDonald House and in a local elementary school. She loves running and reading in her spare time.

Jill, class of '81, has worked in interior design and in education. She and her husband Tom have two high-school age daughters, and home schooling her girls is Jill’s current “job.” In addition, she is very active in her church, Whitefish Church of the Nazarene, participating in Awana, youth group, missions, worship team, and ladies Bible study, among other activities. In her “spare time” Jill also loves to do music, hike, camp, swim, travel, and encourage and uplift those around her, especially those who are on the “cancer journey.”

Myrna, class of '61, was an elementary school teacher for many years. She and her husband Sam were married for 48 years before his death in 2008, and she has 4 children and 14 grandchildren. Myrna is very active in her church, Sun City Church of the Nazarene, where she serves on the board, sings in the choir, and participates in prayer/study groups, among other things. She loves being involved with her family, entertaining, having “winter” visitors, and helping wherever she can be of assistance to others.
