Reservation parameters:
NNU Alumni and Nazarene pastors on the Northwest Region may make reservations up to two months in advance at a discounted rate of $25 per room night.
Parents of current NNU students and friends of NNU are also welcome, on a space available basis, at a rate of $35 per room night. Non-alumni guests may make reservations no more than two weeks in advance.
We are sorry, but the Alumni House does not have facilities to accommodate small children and we have a firm NO PETS policy. Our four guest bedrooms are upstairs (no elevator), each with one queen or double bed and private bath. A parlor and small kitchen are available on the main floor for guest use.
Wiley Alumni House History
This place has special meaning for all alumni. The house was built in 1917 for NNC's first president, H. Orton Wiley. Funds were provided by Dean Olive Winchester when the house was deeded to NNC. Since that time, the house has seen many occupants including students in the Home Economics Department, Nursing students, and cadets. The Alumni House is the oldest building in its original form left on campus and sits at the corner of Dewey and Ivy streets.
The Alumni House underwent extensive restoration in 1983 and is now listed on the National Historic Registry.
