Message from the Dean:
Welcome to the School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Our goal is to prepare students to actively engage in the world of ideas by offering an outstanding liberal arts education combining academic rigor with opportunities for hands-on, real world experience.
Recent changes to the Music Department have allowed the already impressive Northwesterners vocal group to add an instrumental element, opening the possibility of performance to all types of musicians. Also, the Mass Communications Department recently completed production on an actual television production, as well as making a trip to the Sundance Film Festival in Park City Utah.
Finally, our dedicated professors are committed to providing the highest quality education while maintaining a personal connection with students – a combination rarely found in higher education.
