Masters Program Graduation Timeline

COMMENCEMENT PARTICIPATION POLICY

A student may participate in commencement if all degree requirements are completed or will be completed at the end of the current semester.

Exceptions: With all other requirements met, a student may participate in commencement if no more than 6 credits remain uncompleted beyond the current semester.

CLEARANCE FOR PARTICIPATION

Graduate students will be cleared for participation through the Registrar’s Office. Letters of participation will be sent to graduate students by the Registrar Graduate Program Technician.  Participation for graduate students is granted based on the courses completed by the spring semester.
